Come and join us in the beautiful Kaipara, Northland. We are a friendly, well-resourced, future focused rural college Y7–13.
We seek an innovative, enthusiastic and experienced Head of Learning English. The ability to be able to teach up to Level 3 NCEA English is important. An ability to embrace technology and culturally responsive pedagogies to deliver effective teaching is essential.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to develop curriculum within the learning area in ways which will maximise student engagement, learning and achievement. They will be expected to contribute to the co-curricular life of the college, be a NZ registered teacher and have an excellent understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum and NCEA.
School visits are welcomed. A school house is available.
